Triathletes are quite possibly the most versatile athletes in the world. The sport of triathlon demands that its athletes be disciplined in three sports; swim, bike, and run. Its courses require we overcome the environment; water, air, and earth. To reach their potential, athletes must be fit in their body, mind, and soul.

As a coach, our purpose is to promote the balanced well being of our athletes. The primary goal is to increase overall fitness; physically, mentally and spiritually. With this three-part approach we will achieve the highest possible level of competitive excellence. Some say that knowledge is power; however, the use of knowledge is where you discover real power. We will share with you knowledge, understanding and appreciation for the sport and teach you how to put it to work for you. This will be done personally and individually through age-appropriate training and conditioning techniques. You will be taught triathlon rules, safety procedures and time saving measures to give you every advantage and a long enjoyable career in the sport. By applying the newest methods of resistance training and aerobic conditioning exercises you will become more physically fit, technically stronger, and mentally tougher. It is so rewarding for us to participate in an athlete’s accomplishments and witness the rewards of dedication and discipline. Our coaching programs are also certified through USA Track and Field and USA Cycling. |
